Parkour
- Learn the basic movements of Parkour, including a number of technical Running, Jumping and Climbing movements. Learn the technical aspects and develop your own movements. Improve your general fitness, strength, agility, stamina, coordination and spatial awareness. You might also want to do an AQA Award in Parkour!

D of E Award (bronze)
The Bronze Duke of Edinburgh award has 4 sections: volunteering, physical, skills, and expedition. You get to choose what activity you do for each section, and 3 months is required to complete the sections. For 1 hour a week, you meet at the Showroom to complete your paperwork and develop skills required for the expedition, such as cooking and map reading. Can lead to Silver and Gold DofE award.
